Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-5-302 - Basic Equipment Required in a Shop
A. The holder of a license to operate a shop
shall ensure that the shop has at least the following equipment:

sink, which has hot and cold running water, for every two barber or styling
chairs and located no more than six feet from the barber or styling
chairs;

3. Liquid or powder soap and paper towels for use at
each sink;

4. A separate, covered, receptacle for each of the
following:
1. A barber or styling chair;
a. Garbage and hair, and
b. Reusable towels or cloths that are
soiled;
5. One tool
drawer and one liquid sanitizer for each barber or styling chair and the
necessary EPA-registered disinfectants for each;
6. One wall mirror located near each barber
or styling chair;
7. One
workstation for each barber or styling chair; and
8. Cabinet in which to store additional
supplies.
B. Subsection
(A)(2) applies only to shops licensed under
R4-5-301 after the effective date of this Section.
