Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-7-301 - Investigation of a Complaint
A.
The Board may investigate any complaint alleging violation of A.R.S. §
32-900 et
seq. or this Chapter.
B. A subpoena
compelling the production of documentary evidence or testimony of a witness
under A.R.S. §
32-929
shall bear the seal of the Board and the signature of any member of the Board
or the Board's executive director.
C. If the Board finds probable cause that a
licensee has violated A.R.S. §
32-900 et
seq. or this Chapter, the Board shall notice the licensee of the time and place
for a formal interview under A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 8, Article 2, for a
public hearing under A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 10.
