Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-10-113 - Non-Core Activities
A.
The Jobs Program may assign a participant to non-core activities based on
information obtained through assessments or contained in the participant's
employment and career development plan only after the participant meets
required participation in primary core activity hours under
R6-10-111.
B. The following are non-core activities:
1. Job skills training directly related to
employment;
2. High school or GED
preparation for a participant, other than a single, teen custodial parent who
is a head of household, who has not obtained a high school diploma or HSE
diploma; and
3. Education directly
related to employment for a participant, other than a single, teen custodial
parent who is a head of household, who has not obtained a high school diploma
or HSE diploma.
