Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-12-803 - Supplemental Payments
A.
The Department shall correct underpayments by issuing the assistance unit a
supplemental payment, regardless of whether the individual who was underpaid is
eligible on the date the supplemental payment is issued.
B. The Department shall not count such
supplemental payments as a resource or as income.
