Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-12-901 - Reporting Changes
A. As
a condition of eligibility, the assistance unit shall advise the Department of
all changes in income, resources, or other circumstances which may affect
eligibility or benefit amount, within 10 days from the date the change becomes
known.
B. A change report is
considered timely if the mailing date is the tenth day from the date the change
becomes known.
