Adopted effective March 26, 1976 (Supp. 76-2). Former Section R6-3-322 repealed, new Section R6-3-322 adopted effective March 14, 1977 (Supp. 77-5). Former Section R6-3-322 repealed effective October 13, 1977 (Supp. 77-5). New Section R6-3-322 adopted as an emergency effective October 3, 1979, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 79-5).
