Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-3-50345 - Retirement
A. Except as
otherwise provided in subsection (B) and
R6-3-50135.02,
a worker who chooses to retire from employment leaves voluntarily without good
cause in connection with the employment.
B. If a worker retires for health reasons,
the Department shall determine whether the worker left for good cause in
connection with the employment or for a compelling personal reason not
attributable to the employer as prescribed in R6-3-50235.
