Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-3-5270 - Citizenship or Residence Requirements (able and Available 70)
A. An alien
claimant who is residing illegally in the United States is unavailable for
work.
B. A claimant lawfully in the
United States who will not be hired by certain employers because he is an
alien, is available for work provided work not requiring citizenship exists in
reasonable quantity in the area in which he resides, and he will accept such
work.
C. A claimant lawfully in the
United States who lacks citizenship and restricts himself solely to work
requiring citizenship is unavailable for work.
