Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-4-310 - Refusal of Placement in a Facility
A. Any BEP operator, certified trainee or
displaced operator who applies and is selected for placement in a business
facility and then refuses the placement without good cause shall not be
considered for any new placement for 90 calendar days.
B. For purposes of this Section good cause
shall include temporary illness of the individual, family crisis, or a facility
location that is inaccessible by public transportation.
