Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-5-5225 - Probation
A. The Department
may place a provider on probation when a Department representative observes a
problem or the Department receives and validates a complaint in an area of
noncompliance that does not endanger a child in care.
B. The Department shall set a term of
probation that does not exceed 30 days.
C. The Department may suspend a provider's
child care certificate if the same infraction that resulted in probation is
repeated during a provider's current certification period and the Department
determines that the provider has not demonstrated either the intent or ability
to comply with the requirements of this Article.
D. The Department shall not authorize any new
child for payment to a provider who is on probation. Children already in that
provider's care may remain authorized.
E. Probationary status is not
appealable.
