A. This Article prescribes the cost of care
contribution requirements for clients, parents of minor clients, and trusts,
estates, and annuities of which the client is a beneficiary. This Article
applies to:
1. Non-ALTCS clients receiving
any services;
2. ALTCS clients
receiving residential services from the Division.
B. The Division may include all services
provided in calculating the cost of care for a non-ALTCS client.
