Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-6-1503 - Requirement for an HCBS Certificate
A. No individual shall provide Home and
Community-based Services to clients unless the Division has certified the
individual in accordance with this Article and, if providing services through
ALTCS, registered the applicant with AHCCCS.
B. The Division shall register the applicant
with AHCCCS, if required, as part of HCBS certification.
