Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-6-2303 - Time-frame for Department Review of Application
A. Within 30 days of receiving an application
for deemed status, the Department shall:
1.
Review the application for completeness, and
2. Send written notification to the applicant
if the application is incomplete. The written notification shall state:
a. The reason the Department considers the
application to be incomplete,
b.
The information the Department requires the applicant to submit to complete the
application,
c. The time-frame for
submitting the additional information.
B. Within 45 days of receipt of a complete
application, the Division shall notify the applicant in writing whether the
application satisfies Department requirements for deemed status.
