Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-6-307 - Eligibility Redeterminations for the Program
The Department may redetermine eligibility for the program:
1. As a result of periodic
evaluations in accordance with A.R.S. §
36-565;
or
2. At any time, as authorized by
the Division's Assistant Director or designee.
