Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-7-403 - Notice
A. The Title IV-D
Agency shall provide written notice to an obligor that the obligor has a
support arrearage in an amount that qualifies for certification under federal
statute, and that the obligor has been referred for federal administrative
offset, federal income tax refund offset, and passport denial.
B. The Title IV-D Agency shall send the
notice to an obligor by first class mail. The mailing of the notice to the
obligor's last known address of record with Title IV-D Agency constitutes
proper and sufficient notice.
C.
The notice shall inform the obligor of the right to contest the enforcement
action.
