Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-8-116 - Appeal to the Commissioner on Aging
A. An appellant which has been denied
designation as a planning and service area may appeal to the Commissioner on
Aging, Department of Health and Human Services, within 30 days after the
hearing officer's decision is mailed or otherwise delivered.
B. The appeal shall be in writing, signed,
and dated. It shall set forth the grounds for the request and may be filed
personally or by mail to the Administrator, Aging and Adult
Administration.
