Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-8-203 - Eligibility for Services

To be eligible for APS services, a person shall be:

1. Age 18 years or older;

2. Incapacitated or vulnerable;

3. The victim or alleged victim of abuse, neglect, or exploitation; and,

4. Within the jurisdiction.
