Ariz. Admin. Code § R7-2-1047 - Discussions with Individual Offerors
Discussions may be conducted
with responsible offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably
susceptible of being selected for award for the purpose of clarification to
assure full understanding of, and responsiveness to, the solicitation
requirements. Offerors shall be accorded fair treatment with respect to any
opportunity for discussion and revision of proposals, and such revisions may be
permitted after submissions and before award for the purpose of obtaining best
and final offers. The school district shall establish procedures and schedules
for conducting discussions. Disclosure of 1 offeror's price to another and any
information derived from competing proposals is prohibited. Any clarification
of a proposal by the offeror shall be in writing. The school district shall
keep a detailed record of all discussions.
