Ariz. Admin. Code § R7-2-1132 - State and Federal Surplus Materials Program
A. The governing board may acquire surplus
materials from the state and the United States government.
B. The governing board may enter into an
agreement with the State Surplus Property Manager for the purpose of acquiring
surplus materials from the United States government pursuant to A.R.S. §
41-2603
and the rules adopted thereunder.
