Ariz. Admin. Code § R7-2-304 - Extended School Year
The governing board of a common high school considering the adoption of an extended school year shall:
1. Prepare a comparative cost analysis of the
extended school year program versus the cost of new facilities and
sites.
2. Hold at least one public
hearing, publicized a week in advance, to present the alternatives, including
the results of the comparative cost analysis.
3. Determine faculty, community, and parental
support prior to making a final determination.
