Ariz. Admin. Code § R7-5-606 - Consent Agreement
A. If the
Board determines that a charter holder is not in compliance with its charter,
other contractual agreements with the Board, federal or state law, or this
Chapter, the Board may enter into a consent agreement with the charter holder
to resolve the noncompliance.
B.
The Board shall include the following in a consent agreement:
1. The reason for the consent
agreement;
2. The facts and
conditions to which the Board and charter holder agreed;
3. The actions the charter holder must take
to demonstrate compliance and avoid further charter oversight;
4. The time within which the charter holder
is to complete the actions specified under subsection (B)(3); and
5. After approval by both the Board and
charter holder, the signatures of both the Board president and charter
representative.
