Ariz. Admin. Code § R8-3-105 - Department Solicitation of Comments Regarding Applications for Acquisition of Private Property

To assist the Department in scoring an application for the acquisition of private property and making a recommendation regarding the application to AMAC, the Department shall solicit written comments regarding the application from personnel of the applicable military installation, city, town, county, and any other entity that may have an interest in the application. Responses to solicited comments will be placed on the AMAC committee agenda for review prior to final property acquisition approval.
