Ariz. Admin. Code § R8-3-115 - Military Installation Preservation and Enhancement Project Reporting Requirements
A. For the
purpose of this Section, a "successful applicant" is any jurisdiction awarded
MIF monies under this Article for a military installation preservation and
enhancement project.
B. A
successful applicant shall provide the Department with a written report within
six months of the Department's decision under
R8-3-112 on the regarding progress of the military installation preservation and
enhancement project, and an accounting of MIF monies received and used, at the
times specified by the Department in the contract between the Department and
the successful applicant.
