An administrator shall ensure that:
1. Contracted services are provided according
to the requirements in this Article, and
2. Documentation of current contracted
services is maintained that includes a description of the contracted services
provided.

the Secretary of State for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register;
and the Department was not required to hold public hearings on these rules
(Supp. 98-4).
