Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-2-201

Adopted effective August 30, 1995, under an exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, pursuant to Laws 1995, Ch. 275, § 9. (Supp. 95-3). Amended effective October 20, 1995, under an exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, pursuant to Laws 1995, Ch. 275, § 9 (Supp. 95-4). Section expired under A.R.S. § 41-1056(E) at 7 A.A.R. 3844, effective July 30, 2001 (Supp. 01-3).

The following Section was adopted, repealed, renumbered, and amended under an exemption from the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act which means that these rules were not reviewed by either the Governor's Regulatory Review Council; the agency did not submit notice of proposed rulemaking to the Secretary of State for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; and the agency was not required to hold public hearings on these rules.
