Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-22-1005 - Collections
A. Parties that
notify AHCCCS. A provider or noncontracting provider shall cooperate with
AHCCCS by identifying all potential sources of first- or third-party liability
and notify AHCCCS of these sources.
B. Parties that pursue collection or
reimbursement. AHCCCS, a provider, or noncontracting provider shall pursue
collection or reimbursement from all potential sources of first- or third-party
liability.
