Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-22-717
Adopted effective July 30, 1993 (Supp. 93-3). Amended effective September 22, 1997 (Supp. 97-3). Section repealed by final rulemaking at 11 A.A.R. 3222, effective October 1, 2005 (Supp. 05-3).

The following Section was adopted under an exemption from the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act which means that this rule was not reviewed by the Governor's Regulatory Review Council. The agency was required to submit notice of proposed rulemaking to the Secretary of State for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; and was required to hold a public hearing.
