Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-29-212 - Renewals

A. QMB and SLMB. AHCCCS shall renew a person's eligibility for QMB or SLMB at least one time every 12 months.
B. QI-1. A person receiving QI-1 benefits shall reapply every 12 months.
