Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-6-332 - Cyclospora Infection

Case control measures: A local health agency shall:

1. Conduct an epidemiologic investigation of each reported Cyclospora infection case or suspect case; and
2. For each Cyclospora infection case submit to the Department, as specified in Ta b l e 2.4, the information required under R9-6-206(D).
