Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-7-1110 - Quarterly Inventory
A. A
registrant shall conduct a quarterly physical inventory to account for all
x-ray machines received and possessed under the registration.
B. A registrant shall maintain a record of
the quarterly inventory required under subsection (A) for three years after it
is made.
C. The record required by
subsection (B) shall include the date of the inventory, name of the individual
who conducted the inventory, location of each x-ray machine, and manufacturer,
model, and serial number of each x-ray machine.
