Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-7-1134 - Radiation Surveys
A. A
registrant shall conduct surveys with a calibrated and operable radiation
survey instrument that meets the requirements of R9-7-1108.
B. A registrant shall conduct a survey of a
radiographic machine any time the machine is placed in storage to ensure that
the machine will not expose personnel to radiation.
C. A registrant shall maintain a record of
each exposure survey conducted before a machine is placed in storage under
subsection (B), if that survey is the last one performed during the workday.
Each record shall be maintained for three years after it is made.
