Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-7-1305 - Method of Payment
A. An
applicant licensee or registrant shall pay fees by check or money order,
payable to the "State of Arizona" at the address shown on the application,
license, registration, or renewal notice.
B. Once a license or registration has been
issued, no portion of the application fee or any annual fee will be
refunded.
