Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-7-1501 - Requirement for License
A. A
person shall not transport radioactive material or deliver radioactive material
to a carrier for transport unless the person is authorized in a general or
specific license issued by the Department or exempt under
R9-7-103(A).
B. This Article applies to any licensee to
transfer licensed material if the licensee delivers that material to a carrier
for transport, transports the material outside the site of usage as specified
in the license, or transports that material on public highways. No provision of
this Article authorizes possession of licensed material.
