Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-7-19107 - Violations
A. The Department
may obtain an injunction or other court order to prevent a violation of the
provisions of:
1. A.R.S. §
30-685, as amended;
2. A.A.C. Title 9, Chapter 7; or
3. A rule or order issued by the Department
pursuant to Statute or the rules under A.A.C. Title 9, Chapter 7.
B. The Department may obtain a
court order for the payment of a civil penalty imposed under A.R.S. §
30-687, as amended:
1. For violations of:
a. The rules in A.A.C. Title 9, Chapter 7, as
amended;
b. Nonpayment of fees
listed in A.A.C. Title 9, Chapter 7, Article 13;
c. Any rule, or order issued pursuant to the
sections specified in subsection (B)(1)(a);
d. Any term, condition, or limitation of any
license issued under the sections specified in subsection (B)(1)(a).
2. For any violation for which a
license may be revoked.
