Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-7-441 - Records of Waste Disposal
A.
Each licensee shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed materials made
in accordance with R9-7-435, R9-7-436, R9-7-437, R9-7-438, and disposal by
burial in soil, including burials authorized before February 25,
1985.
B. The licensee shall retain
the records required by subsection (A) until the Department terminates each
pertinent license requiring the record. The licensee shall provide for the
disposition of these records prior to license termination.
