Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-8-506 - Sewage Disposal
A responsible party shall ensure that sewage and human excreta produced within the recreational vehicle park:
1. Does not create a public health nuisance,
and
2. Is collected and disposed of
by systems designed, constructed and operated in compliance with the
requirements in 18 A.A.C. 9, Articles 3 and 7.
