Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-8-704 - Cafeterias and Food Service
A. A
responsible person for a school that stores, prepares, or serves food on the
premises shall ensure that the school complies with 9 A.A.C. 8, Article 1,
except when the food is brought to the school by staff or a student for
personal consumption.
B. If a
school contracts with a food establishment to prepare and deliver food to the
school, the responsible person shall:
1.
Ensure that the food establishment has a current license or permit issued under
9 A.A.C. 8, Article 1; and
2.
Retain a copy of the food establishment's current license or permit, required
in subsection (B)(1), for inspection.
