Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-8-802 - Applicability
This Article does not apply to:
1. A private residential swimming
pool,
2. A private residential
spa,
3. A bathing place used for
medical treatment or physical therapy supervised by licensed medical personnel,
or
4. A body of water that is not
used as a bathing place.
