Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-8-812 - Inspections
A. A regulatory
authority shall inspect a bathing place to determine whether the bathing place
complies with this Article.
B. A
regulatory authority shall inspect a public swimming pool at least once each
month that the swimming pool is open for water contact recreation.
