This Chapter was repealed by operation of law. A.R.S. ยง 41-1001 excludes political subdivisions of the state from the definition of "agency." Therefore, the rules of the Yavapai County Parks and Recreation Commission are no longer certified by the Attorney General's Office nor are they filed in the Secretary of State's Office as specified in Attorney General opinion I93-002.
