APPROVED PROPOSED ALLIGATOR CODES RECOMMENDATIONS

21.06 ALLIGATOR SEASONS AND BAG LIMIT RESTRICTIONS ON

WMAs. It shall be unlawful to take, attempt to take or possess alligator within WMAs other than as specified herein and in compliance with Code 26.02 (Restrictions on Methods of Taking Alligator):

(A) September 21-23 and September 28-30, 2007 within Sulphur River, Bois D'Arc and designated portions of Trusten Holder WMAs. Individual annual limit of one (1) alligator by permit only.
(B) All other WMAs are closed.

PENALTY: $200.00 to $1,000.00.
