002.00.69 Ark. Code R. § 001 - Code Book Regulations: 002.00.69-001

It shall be unlawful to hunt or kill any wild animal, or wild toirdat night with ozv without the use of a light of any sort, except for tha taking of fur-hearing animals during open season on such fur-bearing animals and when s'ucfi fenimals are pursued by dogs. The taking of bullfrogs during open season is exempt from such regulations.

Penalty: Any person convicted of violation of this regulation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not less than one-hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than five-hundred dollars ($500.00), and all equipment used in such violation shall be confiscated, forfeited to the state as contraband equipment, and disposed of according to law. This equipment shall include any killing instruments, lights, batteries, boats, motors and motor vehicles. In addition, a jail sentence not to exceed 30 days may be imposed.. Revocation of the privilege of hunting and fishing in this state for a period of one year shall be mandatory.
