ARKANSAS GAME AND FISH
AMENDED ORDER WATERS CLOSED TO COMMERCIAL FISHING
It shall be unlawful to fish for commercial purposes in that part of Conway County lying north, of Interstate 40, except that commercial fishing will be permitted north of Interstate 40 from October 1 through April 30 in Cadron Creek, and in Point Remove Creek upstream to Highway 95 on the East Fork and upstream to Kissire Bridge on the West Fork. Unlawful to fish for commercial purposes in that part of Faulkner County lying north of Interstate 40, except that commercial fishing will be permitted north of Interstate 40 from October 1 through April 30 in Cadron Creek, and in North Fork of Cadron Creek up to Highway 285 Bridge north of Bono.
PENALTY: $50.00 to $500.00
