ARKANSAS GAME AND FISH COMMISSION LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
ORDER
It shall be unlawful to fish for commercial purposes with any type of commercial tackle on the Arkansas River from Morgan Cut-Off to Dam #2, except Hoop nets may be used for commercial purposes from Morgan Cut-Off to a point five hundred yards {500 yds.) down-stream from Dam #2. PENALTY: $50.00 - $250.00
