RlUNSAS-GAME AND FISH COMMISSION TITLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

ORDER

It shall be unlawful to fish for commercial purposes with any commercial tackle, Lake Wallace in Chicot and Drew Counties, Lake Greenlee in Monroe County, Lake Conway in Faulkner County and Lake Nimrod in Yell County, EXCEPT from November 1, 1972 through February 28, 1973, both dates inclusive.

All lakes mentioned above may be fished with 3%" (or larger) bar mesh trammel and gill nets only. PENALTY: $50.00 to § 250.00

ORDER The Camp Robinson Quail Restoration Area will be closed to dog training when signs are posted by the

Arkansas Game and Fish Commission closing the area.

PENALTY: $25.00 to $250.00

ORDER

It shall be unlawful for any person classified as a professional handler by definition of the Field Dog Stud-book or the Amateur Field Trial Clubs of America, Inc., to train bird dogs {other than his own) on any lands owned or controlled by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. It shall also be unlawful for any person (professional or amateur bird dog handler) to train more than six bird dogs during any one-day period on lands owned or controlled by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission

PENALTY: $25.00 to $250.00
