FALL SQUIRREL SEASONS
1984-85. It shall be unlawful to take or attempt to take squirrels other
than during the declared squirrel seasons as specified herein:
Squirrel Season (North Zones) Third Saturday in September through
last day of January. Squirrel Season (South Zones): First Saturday in October
through last day of January.
PENALTY: $200.,00 to $500.00.

COYOTE HUNTING SEASON. It
shall be unlawful to take or attempt to take coyotes from March 1 through
August 31 of each year
EXCEPTIONS:
(1) May be taken without the use of dogs
during daylight: hours of the declared spring turkey seasons.
(2) In compliance with Commission Code 18.09
(Depredation Permit).
(3) In
compliance with Commission Code 18.17 (Wildlife Pet Restrictions).
(4) In compliance with Commission Code "10-04
(Nuisance Animal Trapping Requirements).
(5) While committing damage to domestic animals or personal
property,,
PENALTY: $50.00 to $300-OO'.

CROW HUNTING
SEASON- It shall be unlawful to take or attempt to Lake crow other than
during the declared open season as specified herein:
October 29, 1984 through February
27, 1985. EXCEPTION:
(1) While committing damage to domestic
animals or personal property-PENALTY: $50.00 to $300.00.

AMMUNITI0N AND
FIREARMS PROHIBITED FOR
HUNTING COYOTE, CROW, RABBIT AND
SQUIRREL. It shall be unlawful to take or attempt to
take Coyote, Crow, Rabbit and Squirrel by use of:
(A) Rifles slugs or shot larger than No- 4
common shot.
(B) Rifles or pistols
larger than .22 caliber.
EXCEPTIONS:
(1) Coyote,
Rabbit and Squirrel during open gun deer seasons.
(2) Crow during open gun deer seasons when
gun deer season dates include portions of crow season.
PENALTY: $50.00 to
$300.00.
