002.01.24 Ark. Code R. 064 - 05.41 Hunting Wildlife From A Vessel Restricted

It is unlawful to hunt wildlife from a vessel.

EXCEPTIONS:

A. Hunting waterfowl or alligator.

B. Taking frogs, fish, or turtles by legal methods during open seasons.

C. In compliance with Codes 05.01, 05.10, 12.03, and Addendum A1.10.

PENALTY: Class 3
