002.01.24 Ark. Code R. 135 - 14.01 Taking Of Birds And Eggs Prohibited
It is unlawful to take or attempt to take wild birds or bird eggs.
EXCEPTIONS:
A. House Sparrows, European Starlings, Rock
Dove, and Egyptian Geese.
B.

C. In compliance with
Code 09.15.
D. In compliance with
50 CFR 21 Subparts A, B, C, D.
E.
RESERVED.
F. AGFC employees while
engaged in official duties or researchers, with written approval from Wildlife
Management Division Chief, engaged in an AGFC supported research or monitoring
project.
PENALTY: Class 1
