002.01.24 Ark. Code R. 139 - 19.09 Hunting Or Trapping On Commission-Owned Properties Other Than Wildlife Management Areas

It is unlawful to hunt or trap on Commission-owned properties other than wildlife management areas:

Exceptions:

A. Lake Barnett and Cane Creek Lake in accordance with statewide hunting and trapping regulations.

B. Lake Conway in accordance with statewide hunting regulations except that deer modern gun and alternative firearms seasons are closed.

PENALTY: Class 2
