002.01.24 Ark. Code R. 152 - 08.04 Hunting Deer With Dogs Prohibited
It is unlawful to use dogs for hunting deer during archery, crossbow, alternative firearms, or any regular or special modern gun deer season.
EXCEPTIONS:
A. In compliance with Code 08.09.
B. Residents may use dogs for deer hunting
only during the regular modern gun deer season in Deer Zones 6, 7, 8, 10, 11,
12, 13, 14, 15, 16A and 17 and on WMAs open to hunting deer with dogs (Code
22.01 and Addendum C1.01).
C.
Nonresidents may use dogs for deer hunting only during the last nine days of
the regular modern gun deer season in Deer Zones 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16A and 17 and on WMAs open to hunting deer with dogs in accordance with
Code 22.01 and Addendum C1.01.
